In the 80's in Southern California, my mixed bag of friends on the carnival
circuit were always offering "to lick your leg" ie whatever sex act was
being impulsively thought of at the time. Had nothing to do with legs--or
not much. We all used slang from all over the country and picked up whatever
was being said locally as well.
