Latest excuse - "The dog ate my diamonds."  See probably many sites,
two hours ago, including

I see, however, that this is dog redux -- or perhaps reflux?  From
which end of the 2011 dog were the diamonds recovered? -- since there
was a similar but potentially twice as costly incident in January 2010:
