Sorry for any confusion and distress I may have caused in the Yale
community.  I mis-typed the date of the "promotion".  It was not Jan.
10, which is Brooks's article, but Jan. 7, "Freakonomics", by Ian
Ayres.  Who apparently is an endowed chair Yale law professor, like Chua.
