A is expressing his enthusiastic support for the opinion expressed in
an earlier post by B.

But what does _rep_ mean, exactly, in that context?

Does it mean, rapspeak-like, that "I wish that there were a thousand
other occasions on which I could 'represent' or publicly show my
support for your opinion"?

Or,

"I'd re-post your post to a thousand other sites"?

Or something more subtle?

Or something more obvious?
