In my youth, there was a comic-strip character named

_Casey_ Ruggles

who was male and, of course, there's the masculine _Casey_ Jones.
Examples can be multiplied.

Hence, the use of "tot mom" in place of the generic "tot parent"
appears to be entirely defensible against a charge of sexism.
