We believe what? Transubstantiatioin?

As a youth in Swedish Lutheran confirmation classes, I was taught that Catholics believed in transubstantiation, Lutherans consubstantiation, whereas Anglicans were sure it was just highly symbolic bread and wine, and Baptists were equally solemn in their observance with wafers and grape juice.
