Why birth rates are increasing?

According to WCVB News (Channel 5, Boston) this evening, "depressed
moms effect babies".  (I assume older studies have shown that there
are a greater number of depressed moms.)

That was their text display in connection with a report that a new
study has found that depressed moms often behave in ways that disrupt
babies sleep.
