Yes. Everybody knows cares - I don't - knows who they are and that
they're married, but, given that the birth of the baby preceded the
wedding, it doesn't necessarily follow that the husband is also the
father of the baby. Hence, the clarification. In fact, that wouldn't
follow, even if the baby hadn't been born until after a year into the
marriage.
