As announced on today's Colbert Report (Feb. 2), cat breading is a popular practice where you put a cat's head through a piece of bread and take a snapshot. To see examples of this utilitarian use of bread, just search for cat breading on Google Images.

In an article titled "Breading Has Jumped The Shark," blogger Adrian Chen uses the adjective "breaded": "Tomorrow Justin Bieber will probably tweet a picture of his cat breaded, and after that it's all over." (http://gawker.com/5881101/breading-has-jumped-the-shark)

Also from the Daily Mail: "Surreal: This kitty appears to have been breaded while it was trying to observe the aurora borealis" (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2094738/Has-internet-completely-lost-Dressing-cats-BREAD-latest-web-craze.html)
