actually, that's still minor: the minor key with 3 as the tonic (E minor if C is 1). 5 - 3 is a minor third.

1 6-2 1 6 (with 6 below 1) is similarly minor (A minor if C is 1); 1 - 6 is a minor third. and
4 2-5 4 2 is minor too (D minor if C is 1); 4 -2 is a minor third.
