[Jonathan Lighter]

Someone on his evening's _All Things Considered_ (not a regular) asserted
that people in Mingo Co., West Virginia, have a special way of speaking:
"Their old Engish accent has never been blended away."

I could have made this note snarkier by capitalizing "Old," but I'll give
the guy the benefit of the doubt.
