I only inquired, I did not carp!  I apologize for not looking past
what I take as the end of definitions at "DERIVATIVES", and thus not
seeing that there is a "Draft additions  1993".  But I now have two carps:
1)  The revision date says only "Second edition, 1989; online version
June 2012", so I did not expect any "additions";
2)  It's unfair to put them *after* Derivatives!
