"pisscutter" is both an extraordinary person or thing and the overseas (now
"garrison") cap worn by U.S. Marines.

Press) 89: I want to tell about my last meeting with Sam where I saw
that rip-ass, pile-driving, piss-cutting, son of a bitch of a film called
_Getaway_.
