Among the New Words, Winter 2011 (UNCLASSIFIED)

I'm not sure why, but I have that book (paperback) in my office.  I don't fnd "ka-ching!" on the blurb page.  Perhaps different editions or different printings include different blurbs?

I believe that _ka-ching!_ appears on the blurb page of Beard & Kenney's
_Bored of the Rings_ (1969), a significant antedating.
