Evidently. I cut my semantic teeth on such real and imaginary,
redundantly-evil masterminds as Hitler, Tojo, Fu-Manchu, The Scorpion,
Mr. Mind, Ivan Shark, Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, etc.

Apparently, geniuses can be either good or evil, but not masterminds.
