Thus spake Sgt Duhai from Naperville IL in 1969. It was one of his
characteristic expressions. It would be the conclusion to a colorful rant
about some dufous dork that had irritated him, hence the required <and>.
And -- importantly -- it would always be out of earshot of said dork,
especially if a superior. (Thinking about it now though, I do seem to
recall pushing screen doors more often to get out than pulling, but who
gives a flying #$&@, it's a colorful express.)
