sandy = irritable

My bartender used "sandy" as an adjective the other day, clearly derived from "have sand in one's vagina"/"have a sandy vagina." I assume those latter two come from Cartman on South Park.

I don't know precisely what the meaning is, but I think "irritable" (real or imagined) is pretty close.
