Orthographic reform as a national priority, an ADS responsibility

To learn English by going from English phonics to IPA phonetics most be excruciating torture for the student. Replace IPA with truespel phonetics please. Trials in Korea with high school kids show that they prefer truespel phonetics to IPA or other notations. It only takes 15 minutes to learn and they can "write" phonetic notes with truespel phonetics in a matter of hours practice.
