2nd attempt re "With Every Kind Regard"

-----My first send was rejected. Here's the message again (I was told
to begin with dashes.)

Over the years, I have seen the signoff "Every kind regard" very
occasionally. Recently, though, I have encountered an East TN lawyer
who ALWAYS signs off "With Every Kind Regard." Is this prevalent
elsewhere?
