WB:  The country code <ae> is United Arab Emirates. The male & female
models look Middle Eastern. Perhaps they are making a pun (or at least I
do) on the Sheik/chic of Araby. Chic shoes fit for a sheik or a chick?
(Sheik [sheek ~ shake]:  Shake, rattle, & roll in Chic' Shoes for Sheiks &
Chicks.
