The Boston Globe has not said "Oops"

On page 3, the beginning of its "The World" pages, for Tuesday, July
23, the Boston Globe splayed (I think that's the appropriate word)
over its six columns the headline:

"Britian rejoices over arrival of a new royal heir"

I have not yet seen a correction or apology.
