Hmm, yes, it does have a Weekend Update vibe to it. In fact, Amy Poehler used
"said no one" (without "ever") way back in Oct. 2004:

Britney Spears is recording a rap song about the recent controversies in her
life. "I can't wait to hear that!" said no one.
