Education Sec Duncan is awe-dropper

Education secretary Duncan is an awe-dropper.  He uses "lah" (~laa) in words "law" and "longitudinal" in place of the "awe" phoneme in interview   http://bit.ly/16ePThn     Also says the word "steers" with an ending ~s not ~z which sounds odd.   Also says books are obsolete..
