The Proper Pronunciation of Certiorari

I went to Catholic school, so the pronunciation was strictly Church Latin.  We posted a banner over the cafeteria doors vas a motto for the food service:  I English, it translates as "He/She knows the faith."  IN lingua latina:  "Fidem scit."  And they did.
