If you mean this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sloviansk, the
transliteration in its title is wrong.

To be honest, I do use Wikipedia like, probably, everybody else for the
quick STARTING reference, especially if some topic is new for me, but I
noticed that its articles are significantly different in their quality, due
to the different level of knowledge of the contributors, and sometimes the
obvious bias and a lack of the dependable sources in the reference
section(s).
