Tap That

At Yale you are "tapped" when you are asked to join a secret society.
There is a "tap night" and historically there has been a "tap day".
Below is link to an article in the Yale Daily News. Of course, "tap"
is the exoteric term used in the open literature, and it may differ
from the esoteric term(s) used within a secret group.
