The ADS archives have a lot of instances of "redneck," but none with 
"reclaim" or "reclamation," though the topic may have been discussed on 
other terms.

In any case, there is a Facebook page for Redneck News 
(https://www.facebook.com/RedneckNews/) and Jeremy Todd Addaway is 
making some headlines with his video 
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hJQFX0Wn58) for Redneck News in which 
he searches for evidence that same-sex marriage is ruining Alabama 
(spoiler alert: he finds none).

Is this word under reclamation?
