[Ads-l] Idle curiosity

Anyone who says sporting events are not critical situations for sports fans
is not, at heart, a sports fan.

Specifically, 'clutch' applies to all sports, including the act of throwing
balled-up paper at the waste bin in the office. And, according to ESPN, the
act of reporting and commenting on sports.

You may not like this usage, but it is not a change in use, or even a
generalization.
