Maybe metrical considerations can help, at least with "be loving", as in

"I'll be loving you always
With a love that's true always..."

or

"I've been loving you too long
I don't want to stop now..." 

less likely, though, in the simple present progressive (if you're not selling burgers, razors, etc.
