[Ads-l] triumvirate

I think we've been near here before ... the question of whether three persons of in- (un-?) distinction can be a triumvirate.  Compare OED sense 3: "Less exactly, A group or set of three persons (rarely things) thought of together, but not necessarily associated in fact; a trio; esp. three persons of authority or distinction in any sphere."
