"gossip about" X "tell on," perhaps?

Usually, this use of _on_ requires a transitive verb, as in the R&B line:

"I don't want no man
Who always hittin' [in the literal sense] _on_ me"

or in the conversational:

"That's where my boyfriend been kissin kissin'_on_ me.

And, of course, there are a heap of examples of this structure in
hip-hop/rap lyrics.
