Here the derogation is not (explicitly) by Trump -- the reference to "heebie-jabbies" was made by a woman "questioning" him.  Trump merely did not take the opportunity to disassociate himself from it.

It manages to be derogatory in several ways at once.  I assume he meant women TSA employees who wear the hijab - or maybe generalized to all Muslims?
