[Ads-l] Crash blossom or something else?

I don't see a possible misinterpretation.  (1) The woman is not the pursuit suspect since there's no comma after "woman".  (2) I can't make any sense out of "Pursuit Suspect" as a noun-verb construct, or of "Holding 2 Young Children" as the object of a verb.
