The Navy nickname of the nuclear attack submarine _Missouri_, says CNN, is
"Mighty Mo."

Previously this was the nickname of the battleship _Missouri_ of Japanese
surrender fame:

1945 _Times-Picayune_ (N.O.) (Sept. 9) 48: 'Mighty Mo' is World's No. 1
Battlewagon. ...This colossus of the sea, dubbed 'Mighty Mo' by her crew,
is the last word in super naval construction.

The _Missouri_ was commissioned in 1944. She was also known as "Big Mo."
Her submarine namesake was commissioned in 2010.
