Have we done "Russia o'clock" yet?

You know, it's that time of day -- usually late afternoon/early evening
(Eastern Time) on a weekday -- when a big piece of news drops about the
Trump/Russia investigation.

A cursory look around Twitter reveals it in use starting about 22 May 2017.
