WB:  Brings to mind <scuzz> 'it is because; it's 'cause':
     A: Why can't I use yer toothbrush?
     B:  'Scuzz I said so.
Cf. <zbozda> 'supposed to':  Yer not zbozda pick yer nose in public!
(I have heard these.)
