Wiktionary has “dockless” (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dockless <https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dockless>) but the Oxford English Dictionaries do not. Neither has “docklessness”.

Dockless bicycles, meaning (rental) bikes that are not parked in some sort of stand (dock), are in the news right now. Wiktionary includes “dockless” for computers and beaches.

Both “dockless" and “docklessness” can be found at https://www.arlnow.com/2017/11/03/new-bike-sharing-options-popping-up-in-arlington/ <https://www.arlnow.com/2017/11/03/new-bike-sharing-options-popping-up-in-arlington/>, for example.
