Kieryn Darkwater has an article titled "I Was Trained for the Culture Wars in Home School, Awaiting Someone Like Mike Pence as a Messiah” (http://bit.ly/2jWibX3 <http://bit.ly/2jWibX3>) published yesterday on Autostraddle. She explains that Trump’s rise is due to Christofascists, where Trump is a front for Pence to convert the US to a theocracy.

The online Oxford English dictionaries do not have the terms “ Christofascism” and “Christofascist”. 

Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christofascism <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christofascism>) says the term “ Christofascism” was coined in 1970 by Dorothee Sölle.
