There is a blog called “Impeach-O-Meter” (https://impeach-o-meter.com <https://impeach-o-meter.com/>) and there was evidently an Impeachometer for George W. Bush on Salon (http://www.weblog.cheesephone.co.uk/2002_08_18_blogarc.html <http://www.weblog.cheesephone.co.uk/2002_08_18_blogarc.html>), but it has gone 404 without a trace on the Wayback Machine.

Somebody @devinefart.com also used the word “impeachometer” (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.current-events.clinton.whitewater/N_tAQqBSnq4 <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.current-events.clinton.whitewater/N_tAQqBSnq4>) on 24 October 1999, seemingly as a nonce word to indicate the odds of impeaching Bill Clinton.
