USPTO hasn't been very good in sniffing out common usage which is supposed
to block trademarks from being granted. For example, Taco Tuesday dates at
least a decade prior to its trademark by an obscure restaurant chain.
Breastaurant was certainly in common use prior to 2012 and well outside the
Bikini Bar.
