Ending where I should have begun, with a Google search, I found 110,000 raw
hits for "eight-page bible" vs. 186,000 for "Tijuana bible." Since there
are surprisingly-many instances of strings like "eight-page Bible
[whatever]," the number of cooked hits for "eight-page bible" in the
relevant meaning would be very much reduced.

Wikipedia:
Tijuana bibles (also known as eight-pagers, Tillie-and-Mac books,
Jiggs-and-Maggie books, jo-jo books, bluesies, blue-bibles, gray-backs, and
two-by-fours) were palm-sized pornographic comic books produced in the
United States from the 1920s to the early 1960s.
