Headline in the Thursday, Dec 24, 2020 South Jersey edition of the Philadelphia Inquirer, page A13 columns 1-3:  I have not been able to check other editions to find out if the headline had been changed.
'Tickle-down' tax cuts make rich richer'
Typo?  Someone's joke or a satire?  Eggcorn?
The story is credited to Christopher Ingraham of the Washington Post.
Neither the phrases "tickle-down" nor "trickle-down" appear in the article, only in the headline.
