[Ads-l] "Dixie" redux

I'm not able to review the relevant "Dixie" research, but the following
strikes me because it doesn't mention Emmett but does mention Dixey.  It
may already be well known:

Philadelphia Public Ledger (Sept. 21, 1859), p. 3 [Genealogy bank]:
SANFORD'S OPERA HOUSE...THIS EVENING... To conclude with the Plantation
Scene, entitled DIXIE'S LAND  By Brower, Hugthes, Dixey, Gardner &
Company.  Doors open 7.
