"The vacuum bed is both a bondage and sensation device”.  Or, as I’m sure the commercial says,

--It’s a sensation device! 
--No, it’s a bondage device!
—[voiceover] It’s TWO, TWO, TWO devices in ONE!

“There is also a danger of positional asphyxia”, but hey, no pain no gain.
