The verb Venmo has been around for about 10 years, but I just heard of it
on Quora. The definition I inferred from Google News cites was "To use the
Venmo peer-to-peer mobile payment system, originally principally for
splitting bills such as for food, drinks, entertainment, and
transportation" Has it been mentioned here? Some, mostly recent,
attestation is at Wiktionary <https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Venmo>.
