<div>One source with apparently no access to an OED, which would have
informed it that "irregardless" is listed in Wentworth's<i>
American Dialect Dictionary</i> published in 1912. I suspect
"druthers" predated Li'l (not L'il--I fear the ya'll bug is
catching) Abner.too, but it's not listed at all in the OED.
(Jesse?). I don't have my RHHDAS on me at the moment.</div>
