AS you are very smart in your last on <i>Tea</i>, which many of your Male
Readers call a <i>Female Luxury</i>, (tho’ ‘tis well known many of them
are as great <i>Tea-Sots</i> as any of us) I hope you will do equal
justice on your <i>own Sex</i>, who are certainly guilty of a greater and
more hurtful Extravagance in <i>Punch</i>.--A Liquor as much unknown to
our pious, frugal and industrious Ancestors, and which I verily believe
has cost our Family more than all the <i>Tea-Table</i> Expences.<br><br>
