My impression too, when I heard it. And "not
coincidental" meaning "not accidental" would be surprising
-- a missile launch takes some advance planning and scheduling, and I
doubt if the North Koreans were planning on Kim dying (of a heart attack,
it is reported/rumored/suspected) on the day planned for the
launch.<br><br>
