It's a Vietnamese place, specializing in pho, which in fact does arrive
in a pot. Vietnamese at least traditionally would have French as a
second language and thus be familiar with pot-au-feu, as

I'm more interested in where and how it's served, what the ingredients
are, what it tastes like, and how late the kitchen is open than how it's
pronounced. But if you're asking real Americans how they pronounce
it, I pronounce it "foh", as in "no" or
"dough".<br><br>
