Looking for Churchward

Hi All,
	Does anybody have a copy of Churchward's Tongan dictionary that
they'd be willing to part with (for a reasonable price!)? Or alternatively,
have you seen a copy of the book recently in a bookstore somewhere that you
could refer me to? It's currently out of print and I'm keen to get hold of
a copy fairly quickly. I've tried the most likely secondhand bookstores
around New Zealand but with no luck.
